Skimble’s Workout Trainer is an exercising app for smart phones. The virtual personal trainer on the phone guides the user through exercises with time, step-by-step audio instructions that can be carried out either at home or at the gym.
YawnLog
YawnLog is a web app that tracks users sleep, and thereby identifies their sleeping patterns. Users first indicate their targeted amount of sleep, and then give their actual amount of sleep per night. The targeted and the actual amount of sleep are then illustrated graphically so users can see how they might differ from one another. The web app also allows users to label their dreams with “tags”.
The World Bank Data Catalog
The World Bank’s Open Data initiative is intended to provide all users with access to World Bank data. The data catalog is a listing of available World Bank datasets, including databases, pre-formatted tables and reports. Each of the listings includes a description of the data set and a direct link to that set. Where possible, the databases are linked directly to a selection screen to allow users to select the countries, indicators, and years they would like to search. Those search results can be exported in different formats.
