County Health Rankings

An interactive website providing access to 50 state reports with rankings of each county within each state according to its health outcomes and health determinants. The County Health Rankings are a key component of the Mobilizing Action Toward Community Health (MATCH) project. MATCH is a collaboration between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. Doximity

Doximity is a private communication network for physicians and other medical professionals. With Doximity you can stay in contact with colleagues, classmates, search for pharmacies and share phone lists.

Zeo

The Zeo is a device that monitors and analyzes sleep patterns with a headband that the user wears at night. Each morning, users receive a “ZQ” score for that night’s sleep. Sleep is can be visualized with graphs and users can see what keeps them from getting the best sleep possible. Zeo gives you tailed recommendations for better rest so you can be your best.

iPregnancy

iPregnancy is a mobile application that lets new mom’s to be track the progress of their pregnancy. You can track due date, gestational stage, your mood, and a progress bar to the safe “delivery zone”. iPregnancy also includes a digital diary where you can update information from OB visits (including your weight, blood pressure and fetal heart rate) and journal about your pregnancy.

Diet Science Pro

Diet Science Pro helps users understand food, allowing them to make better decision and lead a healthier lifestyle. The Diet Science Pro app include the USDA Food Pyramid, calculators for daily caloric requirements, glycemic index and BMI calculator. Users can learn about multiple diets including the Asian, Mediterranean and vegetarian (some with sample menus).

Medscape

The Medscape app was developed for health care professionals and has many features of reference for users including: drug reference and interaction checker, disease & condition reference and treatment guide, procedure reference, physician, pharmacy and hospital directories. Other features include daily medial news and offline access to clinical reference.

Moody Me

With Moody Me you can track your daily mood to discover what makes you happy. Keep a diary and track what put you in that mood by taking pictures of things that put you in a good mood, or recording symptoms, treatment and events. Users can see their mood diary in a calendar form to get an average rating for each day, or they can see a 90 day graph to get a big-picture idea of their moods. Users may also print out their mood chart to share with a physician.
